I was told there would be a video showing the 130 point inspection with a video. I did not see a video or receive one. I also don’t know what the 130 point inspection included. I was very disappointed about those two things. They did a good job on changing my oil.

Great service and work was done on time

I felt the wait was longer than it should have been, one and one half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a 10:00 appointment. Once the car was at the delivery area, it took another 15 minutes to print out the paperwork. This was a first time oil change.

I have nothing negative to say.
